In order to mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 we are sharing some stories from our singers in regard to how being a member of the choir has a positive impact on their health.
Here is Dan’s Story:
“No matter how bad my week’s gone, a rehearsal at the choir certainly lifts my spirits. There’s something about singing in harmony that releases the endorphins, knowing that you helped create this wonderful sound. It keeps you coming back for more!”
